Weekly Mysore Sessions

Very small group, nurturing community, building personal practice

HK$400 per class

At least one initial 1:1 session with me is required in order to join this group

Pranayama & Breathwork Group

HK$250 per class, charged over the full term of 6-8 sessions.
Inclusive of community
support as you learn together, with all necessary materials, and you will receive a personalised pranayama breathwork prescription at the end of the course
